Drop in and start writing your novel! Also get help with your questions and create a free NaNoWriMo account.

November is National Novel Writing Month, the month you get a draft of the novel that’s been in your head finally out onto paper. Bring your notebook or laptop (or use a library laptop) to write and see where your story takes you. Meet other writers, get advice and try an optional “word sprint.” We can also help you create your free NaNoWriMo account. Refreshments provided by the Friends of South Euclid-Lyndhurst Branch.

National Novel Writing Month, or "NaNoWriMo," is a national nonprofit organization that challenges and encourages you to write a 50,000-word novel in November. Learn more at NaNoWriMo.org and check out founder Chris Baty’s No Plot? No Problem! (available in print and eBook).

About the branch

The City of South Euclid will conduct a resurfacing project on South Green Road between Mayfield Road and Cedar Road that we anticipate will result in travel delays. The resurfacing project is expected to begin Monday, April 3, 2023, and continue through late fall. During that time, we encourage all visitors to the South Euclid-Lyndhurst Branch of Cuyahoga County Public Library to plan accordingly and allow themselves ample travel time. The South Euclid-Lyndhurst Branch will remain open for normal hours of operation during construction.
