The Maple Heights teacher, veteran, and 2023 Men's Health Ultimate Guy winner will discuss his memoir, Counted Out: A Look Inside One Sergeant's Physical, Mental, and Spiritual War.

About the Author:

In 2009 Corwyn Collier was deployed to Iraq. After five months in his tour he was hit by a roadside bomb. For the next nine months he was a patient at Walter Reed Hospital.

Corwyn returned home from the hospital in March of 2010 and started his master's degree in education at the University of Akron, graduating in December 2012.
