Learn about healthy foods and how to cook them in this hands-on series with Chef T from Foods with Purpose.
This (4) week series focuses on the beginner steps to starting your journey to clean eating! Each week we will focus on replacing some standard items for healthier ones, in addition to creating some time for hands-on cooking recipes to go along with the focus items for the week. We will also touch base on staple kitchen (pantry/fridge) items to keep on hand.
