For over 50 years the Friends of the Mayfield Branch Library has existed to support the highest quality library service to their local communities, facilitating used book sales with all proceeds supporting lifelong learning programs for all ages, and providing funding for various facility aspects of the library that are beyond the tax-funded library budget.
How can you help?

- Volunteer opportunities are available and encouraged!
- Assist with book sales.
- Advocate for and promote the Friends and the Library in the community.
- Do you have a financial, technical, artistic, organizational, or other skill where you shine? Consider becoming a Friends of the Library Board member.
- Attend a board meeting to learn more! The Friends meet on the 4th Monday of the month at 7 p.m. except for the months of May, August and December.
