Experts report that on average, people change careers between 3+ times during their work life. For this reason alone, it is important that job seekers know what skills - hard, soft, and transferrable that they have to offer across multiple careers/jobs. In this program first time career planners and career changers will learn the beginning steps of identifying their career interests, personality, skills, and values and how they can be used to help them make informed career decisions.
