Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s accomplishments and influence on gender equality are legendary. She became the second female justice of the U.S. Supreme Court. Born in 1933 in Brooklyn, New York, Bader taught at Rutgers University Law School and then at Columbia University, where she became its first female tenured professor. In law school, she was the first person to make both the Columbia and Harvard Law Review. Help celebrate Women's History Month as Juliette Regnier from "Women in History" visits to bring this legendary former American icon to life.
