Learn how to make kimchi. This savory staple in Korean cooking is essentially a blend of fermented vegetables. There are hundreds of varieties. Participants will make one of the most popular varieties, which is tongbaechu-kimchi (Napa cabbage kimchi). Use it in fried rice, noodle bowls, and more!
Ingredients include the following:
Napa cabbage, Kosher salt, garlic, ginger, gluten-free rice flour, turbinado sugar, daikon radish, carrots, onion, fish sauce, fermented salted shrimp, chives, water dropwort, and Korean chili powder.
