Margot Kahn will visit to discuss This Is the Place: Women Writing About Home, a compilation of essays from 30 contributors exploring what we call home and how it makes, breaks, and shapes us.
Meet Margot Kahn, co-editor of the anthology This Is the Place: Women Writing About Home. In this breathtaking and thought-provoking collection, thirty women writers explore the concept of home in personal essays about neighbors, marriage, kids, homelessness, domestic violence, immigration, and more. Contributors lend a diverse range of voices to this subject that remains at the core of our national conversations.
Kahn will be joined at this event by Elissa Washuta, one of the contributors to the collection. She is an assistant professor of English at Ohio State University and the author of two books, "Starvation Mode" and "My Body Is a Book of Rules."
Books will be available for purchase and signing courtesy of Mac's Backs - Books on Coventry.
