Carl and Catherine St. John Owners of the Western Reserve School of Cooking will be presenting a cooking program on spiralized vegetables.
Learn how to make the following recipes: Rainbow Pad Thai Salad, Greek Zoodle Salad and Carrot and Apple Salad & Radish Salad with Pistachios and Herb Vinaigrette. Sponsored by the Friends of the Parma Branch Libraries. Space is limited and registration is required. Open to adults 18 and over. All participants must complete a Release and Hold Harmless form.
