This event will be held virtually on Zoom.
This workshop will help emergent and experienced poets rethink the basics of writing poetry, making the act more workable for those struggling with a certain piece or with creating poetry in general. The workshop is aimed at helping poets to stop overthinking their processes and doubting the substance and worth of their work. The goal is for each participant to emerge from the experience with tools they can use to improve their overall confidence when writing poetry.
A meeting link will be emailed to registered participants approximately one hour prior to the start of the program. Staff will be available for help with connecting to Zoom and technical issues beginning 15 minutes prior to the program. You will need a device with audio and/or video and an internet connection to join. If you have questions about this program, please contact Laurie Kincer at the South Euclid-Lyndhurst Branch at 216-382-4880.
