At these two 1.5 hour workshops, you will learn to code in HTML, a powerful language for building websites.

At these two 1.5 hour workshops, you will learn to code in HTML, a powerful language for building websites. After mastering the necessary skills through interactive challenges, you will work with high school mentors to plan and design your own website reflecting a personal interest. You will also have a chance to hear from a guest speaker working in the field of computer science before the workshop culminates in you and your fellow participants presenting your completed websites.

About the branch

The South Euclid-Lyndhurst Branch is home to the William N. Skirball Writers' Center, a welcoming space for writers for all ages and levels of experience. The Writers' Center offers free access to private writing rooms, laptops, writing workshops and a special collection of materials on the art of writing.

This branch is a Student Success Center and a Greater Cleveland Food Bank Kids Cafe location.
