Join with your Parma neighbors to celebrate the peoples and cultures of Northeast Ohio!

The World in Your Backyard (WIBY) program was developed to expand awareness of the
multi-cultural, multi-ethnic diversity of residents of Northeast Ohio. Participants in
these programs learn to better navigate everyday life by understanding the differences
that exist in various cultures of the world. They engage in dialogue with representatives
of these diverse cultures represented in our region and expand their capacity to respond
to the differences that exist in various cultures. They learn about things we have in
common too!
