Southwest General Health Talk on Meal Planning with a registered dietician.

Planning meals for the week can help save time and money, decrease the stress of cooking last minute, promote portion control, and avoid unhealthy options all while enjoying more variety. Join Judy Steffes, MS, RDN, LD, from Southwest General to learn how planning meals can benefit you and your family by providing balanced nutritious options.

About the branch

Grassroots library service in Strongsville dates back to 1881, when 400 books were located in the Town Hall. More than 120 years later, the Strongsville Branch of CCPL is home to the Kathleen Cochrane DePiero Recording Studio where visitors can make their own tracks, green screen videos, podcasts or audiobook recordings for free.
