Learn the basics of good communication in this fun hand-on workshop.
In this course, we will start with fundamentals of good communication, where participants take part in exercises, games and activities in a relaxed and fun setting. Through cooperative play, we will combine physicality and creativity to problem-solve and embrace the unknown.
This class is designed for all ages of folks looking to gain more confidence and build new skills. Guiding you through the steps is Sam Dee, a Cleveland based improviser and teacher who co-created Mass Hysteria Improv Fest and is a founding member of Imposters Comedy Theater.
This program is in partnership with the Playhouse Square production of Company, which runs from April 30 through May 19 at the Connor Palace, and is part of the 2024 Cleveland Humanities Festival. See all the programs in our Company series on our events calendar.

For 15 years until 1955, the Olmsted Falls Branch was located in Town Hall and shared a room with the Village Council in the Police Department. After later operating out of a 3,100-square-foot frame cottage donated by the Olmsted Community Church, the library moved to a site provided by the city and designed specifically for library use. Today, the branch offers a full-service drive-up window, community meeting space and cozy reading areas.
