Make your very own "neon" sign to take home and display anywhere you want.

Create your own unique, light up work of art at the library. We will be making "neon" signs with completely original designs. No prior knowledge necessary. All tools and materials will be provided. 

In order to participate in youth programs that could be considered harmful, Cuyahoga County Public Library requires parents to complete a Release & Hold Harmless Form.

Participants may be recorded and/or surveyed to capture program’s effectiveness.
